The "foldable" ball for Pilates, fitness and pelvic floor training is versatile. With just a little air, the ball can be used as a support cushion for the back or neck. It can withstand a body weight of up to 120 kg (when exercising lying down). Tucked between the thighs, it is also used to fix and strengthen the muscles. The elastic skin also makes it ideal for gripping and catching exercises. The light and soft ball can even be used indoors when throwing. An exercise poster is included.
For some exercises it is better if the ball is rather soft, e.g. if you lie or kneel on it. It is closed with a small stopper that does not fly out of the ball even under the greatest pressure. If you want to take it with you, it becomes very small without air and is therefore an ideal companion when traveling. The spectrum ranges from very simple exercises (e.g. pinch between your legs and squeeze) to very challenging exercises. For example, you can support yourself with one knee on the ball and stretch the other leg backwards to keep your balance. It can be used to train all areas from the abdominal, leg, bottom, back, neck and throat muscles, but is also great for body awareness and relaxation exercises. An ingenious training device for little money.
