: Axamine vitality Omega-3 is a rich source of natural, polyunsaturated fatty acids with 250 mg DHA and 250 mg EPA per capsule, supplemented with vitamin E and lemon balm. The valuable, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) cannot be produced by the body if the corresponding precursors are not present.

A supplementary supply of high doses of DHA and EPA can therefore be useful.

The daily intake of one capsule contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (DHA) as well as normal heart function (EPA and DHA). DHA and EPA also have an influence on fat metabolism: replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
