The pull-up bar can be used to perform the most important exercises for strength and muscle building, such as pull-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups and dips. for added variety, it is possible to perform exercises with different hand positions. The possibility of attaching the pull-up bar to the ceiling as well as to the wall is what makes this pull-up bar so special. If you hang the pull-up bar from the ceiling, you have more space for certain exercises, such as leg raises, windshield wipers and L-sits.

Steel construction

The construction of the Gymstick® Pro Chinning Bar is made of strong and durable steel. In addition, both handles are fitted with comfortable rubber to ensure optimum grip. Thanks to the included mounting kit, the pull-up bar can be easily attached to the wall or ceiling. The Gymstick® Pro Chinning Bar measures 98 x 33 x 22 centimetres and is available in a black version. The maximum load capacity of the pull-up bar is 100 kg.
