Die integrierten Bewegungssensoren mit Bluetooth-Modul in der Challenge Disc 2.0 kommunizieren kabellos mit der MFT Bodyteamwork App auf Smartphones, Tablets und Notebooks (Apple, Android, Amazon OS und Windows werden unterstützt). Die App erkennt, wie gut die Bewegungen ausgeglichen werden können, wie die Balance gehalten werden kann und gibt eine Trainingsempfehlung, mit welchem Level das Training gestartet werden soll. Der patentierte Bewegungsmechanismus ermöglicht sowohl Sportlern, Senioren und Kindern ein abgestimmtes Trainingslevel. Ständiges Feedback motiviert zu weiterem Training und gibt eine Kontrolle über den Trainingsfortschritt.

FSC stands for "Forest Stewardship Council". It is an international certification system for more sustainable forest management.
