Breathing trainers are designed to provide targeted training for the respiratory muscles through controlled resistance during inhalation. Inspiratory muscle training (IMT) primarily strengthens the diaphragm and the accessory respiratory muscles, and is used therapeutically for patients with COPD, those recovering from pneumonia, or those with reduced lung function.

The POWERbreathe series offers three resistance levels: green for resistance, blue for resistance, and red for resistance.
